North Haven Boot Camp

Bootcamp Rundown!

For those who are interested, the North Haven Boot camp will be taking place every Sunday at 10AM for anyone and everyone! It is only 10 dollars to attend! If you decide to bring a friend or someone who hasn't been to the boot camp yet, it will only be 5 dollars per person!

Boot camp sessions will consist of a 10 - 15 minute core buster workout followed by a 30 - 40 minute Endurance based body weight workout! Get ready to get your sweat on! Because remember, you never know when you're going to have to get naked!

For my fellow Boot campers, I will be in Ohio from the 20th through the 25th so Bootcamp will be postponed until I return!
