Deborah Walsh is a Past President of the Connecticut PTA and a nationally respected PTA trainer with decades of leadership experience. She has trained thousands of PTA leaders on effective meetings, communications, governance, and volunteer leadership. Known for her engaging and practical approach, Deborah empowers PTA leaders with the skills and confidence to build strong organizations and successful school communities.

Deborah will share valuable insights on creating effective agendas and keeping your meetings on track to ensure they are productive and purposeful. She will also discuss practical strategies for what to do when meetings go off the rails.

With over 45 years of PTA experience at the local, state, and national levels, Deborah brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn from a seasoned leader and strengthen your PTA’s effectiveness.
