Spotlight on TMHS Careers and Pathways:

The TMHS Career Pathways program experienced significant growth and success during the 2025–2026 school year.

31 seniors earned a total of 38 Career Pathway Certificates and were recognized at the End of the Year Celebration with pathway stoles to be worn at graduation.

Through career exploration activities, individualized advising, work-based learning experiences, and partnerships with faculty, students were provided
with valuable opportunities to prepare for their futures.

Notable accomplishments included 100% of seniors completing a job shadow experience, 72% completing a Career Pathway, 49% earning an industry-recognized credential, and all
participants in the Electric Boat Interview Day securing employment.

Students also achieved success in healthcare,
manufacturing, welding, culinary arts, and other career-focused programs. Most importantly, every member of the Class of 2026 developed a clear postsecondary plan and pathway forward, reflecting the continued commitment of TMHS to
preparing students for success beyond high school.
