The Network - North Fork's Wifi & Academic Hot Spot The Studio Network is located at The Studio in North Fork.

Using one-on-one tutoring by community volunteers, The Studio Network will be a safe place where students can access the Internet, do their work, and receive the support and attention they need to accomplish their learning goals, and nurture their own unique style.

The North Fork Digital Middle School and Minarets High School integrate digital technology into their curriculum. Yet, a significant proportion of North Fork students attending these schools lack Internet access at home.

Our opening Day had to be reset due to fingerprinting complications. It's not legally necessary, but we feel it is what we want. We just need to find a way to get the cost down. Right now we are looking at over $125 pr volunteer. Anybody have any suggestions for lowering this, or finding funds to cover this expense? We are all ready to open... just trying to mitigate this expense.

The Studio now has WiFi!! Our opening date for The Network is Thursday February 2. We plan to be open every Monday and Thursday 3PM-6PM throughout the month. Come in and check it out!
