Dear Parents/Guardians,
Our students will soon be participating in the Iowa Statewide Assessment of Student Progress (ISASP). This assessment provides valuable information about your child’s academic growth and helps guide our instruction.
Please see the testing schedule below:
ISASP Testing Schedule
Monday, March 30 | 1:10–2:35 PM — Reading
Tuesday, March 31 | 1:10–2:35 PM — Math
Wednesday, April 1 | 12:30–1:40 PM — Science (5th Grade Only)
Thursday, April 2 | 1:10–2:30 PM — Language/Writing
We appreciate your support in helping your child do their best during testing. A few ways you can help at home:
-Ensure your child gets a good night’s sleep before each testing day.
-Encourage a positive mindset—talk with your child about doing their best and taking their time.
-Help your child arrive at school on time and ready to go.
-If possible, please try to schedule doctor or other appointments outside of testing windows. If an appointment is necessary, we encourage students to return to school afterward for the remainder of the day.
