What to Prepare for at the Awareness, Awakening and Renewal
Retreat
Thursday, June 20th 3:00pm - Sunday, June 23rd 1:00pm
Are you ready?
We have created this event for the fun, safety, consciousness opening for
all, please enjoy and respect the rights of your fellow participants to enjoy
this wonderful event as well.

Thursday Arrival and Check-in:
We ask that you be there at 3:00 pm, so as to avoid the heaviest traffic, and so that
you can decompress and tour and explore the grounds at your leisure. Room
check-in on Thursday is at 4:00 pm. When you arrive, come to our registration
desk in the lobby and we will provide you with your rooming assignments and
room keys. There are many serene sitting spaces and accommodations where you
can relax throughout the hotel facility and on the grounds.
Our event activities begin at 4:30 pm.
Check-out on Sunday is at 10:00 am, but we conclude at 1:00 pm. Please bring
your luggage to the hotel concierge, or store it in your car. This is a safe facility.
You are divinely supported in whatever choice you make. Scale your launches and

What We Provide:
Spiritual, Metaphysical, Esoteric knowledge from qualified Masters/Mystics
Vendors experienced in mystical arts with products created for you
A safe sacred space for contemplation and self-exploration
Effective new tools to support joyful living in this changing world we live in
Hotel-style lodging for overnight guests
Linens, sheets and towels provided
Showers in all rooms
Facility with meeting space, swimming pool, walking trails, tennis courts, walk-path
and seating on the Chesapeake Bay, with pier over the water
Nature walk (for those interested)
Bonfire event Saturday Evening
Quiet time
Fun and laughter
Great, healthy food supportive of all tastes (pun intended)
Additionally, all meals, healthy snacks, continuous water in the meeting space (coffee
in the cafeteria)
Meals: Meals will support all dietary needs including vegetarian and vegan
What to bring checklist:
An open mind, and a knowing that you are in a safe, supportive, and fun space as
you arrive and participate
Your desire to participate in the sessions that we& #39;ve created with you in mind
Comfortable, loose-fitting clothes
A warm hoodie or jacket for evenings
Yoga attire
Yoga mat
Exercise clothes
Swimsuit (if you want to use the pool)
Shower shoes
Toiletries
Medications
Walking/Hiking shoes or sneakers
Bug repellent (no deet please; skin-so-soft or lemongrass work well as alternatives)
Floor pillow (to lay your head on or sit upon) during the sessions
Blanket or shawl to wrap around you for comfort during the sessions
Small percussion instrument or drum
Please Avoid:
Bringing anything, or doing anything that may harm yourself or others during this
weekend
Wearing perfumes or strong fragrances, as we are in close spaces, and strong
scents may impact the ability of others to be fully present at this event
Speaking or interrupting during requested times of silence and contemplation
Looking at, pulling out or using your phone while in session
Wearing shoes in our sacred space (we will provide you with socks to wear in our
space)
Engaging in disruptive behavior during the sessions
Using any substance that blocks your ability to participate in the learning and
meditations during our sessions
