A smile upgrade does not always mean changing everything.

Sometimes it means whitening a dull smile, smoothing a chipped edge, replacing a missing tooth, straightening crowded teeth, or finally taking care of something you have been putting off.

Small changes can make a big difference in how your smile looks, feels, and functions.

If you are ready to explore what your smile upgrade could look like, visit www.whitemountaindental.com or call us at (603) 356-6505.

Coffee. Tea. Red wine. Berries. Sauces. Dark juices.

If it leaves color on your tongue, it may leave stains on your teeth over time too.

Professional whitening can help lift stains that brushing alone may not remove, while still keeping your smile natural.

If your smile looks duller than it used to, refresh it by visiting www.whitemountaindental.com or calling (603) 356-6505.

Saliva does more than keep your mouth comfortable.

It helps wash away food particles, supports a healthier pH balance, and protects your teeth throughout the day.

That is why dry mouth can matter. Less saliva can mean more risk for bad breath, cavities, sensitivity, and irritation.

If your mouth often feels dry or your breath does not stay fresh, visit www.whitemountaindental.com or call us at (603) 356-6505 to schedule a visit.

Your teeth notice how you snack.

Crunchy fruits and vegetables, cheese, nuts, and water can be friendlier to your smile than sticky sweets or constant sipping on sugary drinks.

It is not about never enjoying a treat. It is about giving your teeth fewer long sugar attacks throughout the day.

If your smile is due for a cleaning or checkup, make it part of your healthy routine by visiting www.whitemountaindental.com or calling (603) 356-6505.

We get it. Mondays can ask a lot.

But frequent sugar throughout the day can keep feeding the bacteria that lead to cavities, especially when snacks are sticky or sipped slowly.

A sweet treat is not the problem by itself. The real issue is how often your teeth are exposed to sugar.

If your sweet tooth has been winning lately, balance it with a dental checkup by visiting www.whitemountaindental.comor calling (603) 356-6505.

𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘆 𝗗𝗮𝘆 🧚♀️🦷

There is something magical about a tiny tooth under the pillow.

But behind that little Tooth Fairy moment is a bigger milestone: your child’s smile is growing, changing, and making room for the next stage.

Baby teeth may be small, but they play an important role in chewing, speaking, guiding adult teeth, and building healthy habits early.

So today, we are celebrating the magic, the milestones, and every little smile growing one tooth at a time.
