What a week!! Torrential rain to start on Monday but the children made lots of rainbows of color all week to push the rain away! Color week was a blast!

We finished our Seuss week with a trip to the circus. Imaginary beasts and animals, balancing acts, and cold pops! What else could be better than that?

Our Storybook camp week started today! We welcomed some familiar and some new faces today. We’ve had nothing but rain for days and we had a nice break this morning to get out and reap all the muddy benefits!

We’re going on a bear hunt! Our last Tiny Ones of the season was a wet one, but that didn’t stop these tiny explorers from finding all the bears in our forest!!

As our school year winds down and we spend our last few days in the forest, it’s hard not to reflect on the past year. The seasons we experienced, the many hours of play the children engaged in, the opportunities, the growth, the community they’ve built. I’m beyond proud of the children and as always, I’ve learned so much from them.❤️

A beautiful week of playing market in the woods. These kids took it to another level when they created a butcher shop and started hauling large branches and logs of “meat”! We also got a lovely donation of flowers from to brighten up their market!❤️
