Operated by Cleaning Business Builders, the School of Cleaning is an online platform for offering both personalized business coaching as well as automated orientation, onboarding, and technical training for field technicians.

We're wrapping up the MaidCentral Academy Live Event by talking in-depth about our Action Plans. We're brainstorming things like how to minimize your Payroll to Revenue and Maximize your Revenue and Gross Profit, how to increase your Total Jobs per Month, how to decrease your Skip Rate, and much more. We're also talking about how to drive Core KPIs in MaidCentral and reviewing our Price, Productivity and Efficiency Model, as well as our MaidCentral Growth Model.

Next, everyone is taking a look at their company's personalized statistics and setting reasonable goals that can be implemented when they get back to their businesses.

This wraps up our July Event and it's been a blast! We've managed to have fun and take in a ton of valuable information all at the same time, thank you to all of our Partners who have attended one of our four events this year, we can't wait to host more Live Events in the future!

Now that we're done with lunch, we're kicking off the second half of our day with a Technician Engagement session where we're discussing using Pay for Engagement, Maximizing the Technician Dashboard, and Reducing Turnover. This session is all about how to best manage your Employees using MaidCentral, and how to keep them engaged; after all, happy employees are a key component in being able to love your cleaning business!

While many are attending this session, others are in the small-group breakout sessions we have going on during this time. Right now, they have the choice of joining a breakout on KPIs, Reports & Features, Employee Engagement and Management, or Payroll, Billing & Rate Increases. We love being able to offer these options so everyone can get the most out of their time at MaidCentral Academy Live!

We're about halfway through Day Two already, and we're currently enjoying a Lunch and Learn while we discuss Automations and Campaigns. If you've ever wanted to learn how to make your emails look and sound the best that they can so that they can work for your business, or if you want to learn how MaidCentral's many automations will help make your job easier, this is information you won't want to miss out on!

After lunch, we will be covering Technician Engagement, and then working on Action Plans so that everyone can take what they learned while at MaidCentral Academy Live over the last two days and make a plan that they can use when they return to their businesses.

Our next session of Day Two is Marketing, where we take a deep dive into creating and using Templates, how to drive online reviews with automation, building Campaigns to drive sales, and what tools you can use to track and measure your results. It's important to market to both your current customers and potential customers, be sure to join us for a future event to gain some awesome insight on Marketing and all of the automations within MaidCentral that are there to help.

While the Marketing session is taking place, our Partners also have the option to choose one of three small-group breakout sessions to attend, so they can go wherever they see the most value for their company. The breakout sessions during this time are: Features, Schedule & Dispatch, Advanced Scheduling Tips, or Payroll, Billing, & Rate Increases. How awesome is that?! Now everyone can attend the most valuable session to them and their business.

We learned so much yesterday at MaidCentral Academy Live, from Scheduling, Dispatch and Production Planning, to Sales and Quoting, Financials, and more. We even got a peek at what's to come by taking a look at our Product Roadmap!

Now, we're kicking off Day Two of MaidCentral Academy Live with a Payroll & Invoicing session! In this session, we are discussing what a successful daily workflow and pay period workflow would look like; a valuable takeaway from this session is the conversation about the importance of Closing your Week and what that does for you. On top of those best practices, we also discuss Payroll types, how to set up Incentive Pay, and even more. This is an awesome session that will help set our Partners up for success!

Our last big session of the day is Scheduling, Dispatch, and Production Planning. In this session, we'll be taking a deep dive into Zones, from how to get started to how to use zones most efficiently. Additionally, some of our main objectives are learning about our Master Schedule, Availability Calendar, and Dispatch Board. Having an optimized schedule assists you in being consistent in providing quality service, and at MaidCentral we have many tools to help you measure how you're doing so that you, your staff, and your customers are all happy.

While we have sessions here in the main Presentation Room, we are also hosting simultaneous small-group breakout sessions. Right now, as our Scheduling, Dispatch and Production Planning session is happening, our Partners also have a choice of attending breakout sessions pertaining to Employee Engagement & Management or Payroll, Billing, & Rate Increases.

We're getting close to wrapping up Day One, we can't wait for what tomorrow has in store!

We cover a lot in this session; we take a deep dive into the quoting tool, campaigns, and many of the awesome reports that MaidCentral offers to help make your job easier. Among the reports we're discussing are our Revenue Production Planning Report, our Sales KPI dashboard, Availability Calendar, and Spotlight Dashboard. Now that we've introduced the team and got settled in, it's time to get started with our first session of the day: MaidCentral Benchmarking.

In this session, we're discussing KPIs such as Cleaning Rate Per Job Hour, Payroll to Revenue, Monthly Attrition, Productivity, Efficiency, and the list goes on. We even get the opportunity to take a look at personalized numbers so that everyone can know how they're doing, and can use that information to help develop an Action Plan later in the event so that they leave MaidCentral Academy Live feeling confident and with a plan to continue improving their Core KPIs.

We're Kicking Off Day One of MaidCentral Academy Live with a big welcome from our CEO, Tom Stewart, as he introduces the rest of the team and gets our Partners prepared to dive in and learn all of the exciting things we have planned for today.

While attending our Live Event, attendees will learn how to find their company's core KPIs in MaidCentral, they will get to see how their Core KPIs stack up against others in the MaidCentral community, how to make improvements to these numbers and how that will result in increased profits, and so much more. By the end of the event, our Partners will be leaving with an Action Plan they have developed to improve the Core KPIs in their business that will have the most impact on future performance.

We can't wait for you all to see everything we have in store for our two-day event!
