The grades students spent the last few days prepping for our annual Mexican Feast we held today. Empanadas, arroz rojo, frijoles negros, tortillas caseras y guacamole were all on the menú! Eating outside, dancing to traditional Latin music, and drinking Agua de Jamaica is always an excellent way to spend lunch and recess.
This is one of our favorite ways to round out the year and the older students love getting to serve the kindergarteners!
Buen Provecho y gracias por un año increíble!
