National School Counselor Week!

Our second grade students have been doing an AMAZING job with reading and logging minutes for the Reading Around the Bases RiverDogs challenge!

Today they were treat to a read aloud and a visit from Charlie!! The were able to ask Charlie questions and give a hug or high-five on the way out. It was a great event and the kids had so much fun!

Thank you so much to Charlie and the Charleston RiverDogs for supporting literacy and helping to make reading and learning fun!

Charleston Promise Neighborhood

Charleston County School District (CCSD) recognized seven Star Principals of the Year on Monday, December 16, 2024. They were nominated by their peers and selected through a competitive application process based on their leadership and work to improve student outcomes and implement strategic change. Principals will be honored alongside Teachers of the Year at this year’s black-tie gala event on March 1, 2025.
