New shuttle times have been added for tomorrow’s Night at the Museum! As a reminder, we will have all of our Burns and Brentwood families departing and returning to Meeting Street - Burns.

It is critical that families understand that all children MUST be accompanied by an adult or someone 18 years or older. It is our right to request identification. If children are unaccompanied they will be turned away at the front door. It is our descretion to determine who is considered an unaccompanied child or children. We will not be contacting families to confirm who is supposed to be accompanying a child or children. Please avoid any confusion or frustration by planning out who will be accompanying your child.

Due to state laws regarding bus transportation, please be aware that no child under the age of 4 years old is permitted to ride the bus. Families with children under the age of 4 will need to make arrangments to provide their own transportation. There are also age restrictions for some of the buses providing transportation. These will be explained in this call/email.

Additionally, we will be operating the buses on a time-sensitive schedule; therefore, families will need to know when to plan to arrive at the school prior to the buses' departure time. We are only able to allow a maximum of 10 minutes for buses to load and depart.

We will be running the buses on an incremental schedule. Buses will be loaded as first come, first serve up to the maximum number of occupants or families. For example, if bus 2 can hold 50 occupants, the first 50 individuals (adults and children) will be loaded as families up to the maximum of 50.

Families should plan arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the bus they want to ride. Families arriving close to departure or after a bus has loaded, will have to wait for the next bus to depart. No exceptions will be made. Buses will be on a rotating schedule, which means buses will be running continuously from Meeting Street - Burns to the Gibbes Museum and back.
