May is Mental Health Awareness Month. SOA School Counselors and School Psychologist chatted with students during both high school and middle school lunches on Wednesday, May 6 to recognize Mental Health Awareness along with other schools across Charleston County School District. We wore 💚 green 💚 and shared goodies promoting mental health and wellness, strategies, and stress relief. Students loved all of the information and takeaways, especially the textured calming stickers, mindfulness cards and stress relief cards. They were excited to start putting them into practice.
