Getting motivated on this Monday!! Great rounds by the guys and Mr Aaron Who.came by tonight.!! Little man cj did amazing with his basics and coming along so well ... Nice way to end the night!!

Been busy! But we have been getting it on!! Some pics from last week and this week! Been working a lot on basics but sharpening form and of course techniques for the most ... In all areas from kicking to.punching our forms self defense kickboxing all of it !! The guys are rocking!!! 🥋🥋🥋🥋🥋

Hello and good evening! Hope everyone had a good weekend.... Just letting you all know we will be working on a modified schedule this week Monday and Tuesday we'll run normal of course they'll classes Wednesday and 9 Thursday we will open on Fridays but I will let everyone know whether or not we will have an early workout Friday afternoon or keep classes at normal schedule...

Another week in the books started off with some footwork then balanced it out with more of that, reaction drills combo drills and conditioning ending with some great rounds on Fri night!! And getting the basics tight for the beginners!! Keep up that energy guys!! 💪🥋🥋

Great night last night... Despite being old by having some back issues... Still got in here and worked with the two guys !! Great rounds really impressed at the end with the adjustments at the end... Ous

Truth!!! It's Monday and we are ready for the week... Got skills and drills all week!!!.

Well me and Jonathan had fun with some great training yesterday as we are now apart of Team Heartland south National team.. Was great information given by Gina and Sean Elliott two world class champions as we prepare to represent !!! Got our uniforms as well and excited!!

and now just got signed to a national karate team along with myself!! Welcome the other new member of team heartland south!!!

It's been another great week here as usual... These guys as we worked close range techniques and combos one steps and new techniques for the intermediate and advanced alike...... Nice job again guys keep working...

Finished off the week last night with some more work on locks and rolls!! As well as getting some returning students back on their basics game... Oh yeah let's not forget some great ending conditioning to finish up with some sore muscles.... 🥋💪

I said what I needed to say earlier but great job on this guy on his bronze performance at the WKC World Championships in Orlando FL... This was his 1st time!! On the team and doing the WKC ... Got more work to do but he definitely belonged on this level..... Way to represent!!

We are out... Heading to.WKC in Orlando to compete for team USA !! Everyone enjoy your week remember to practice .... Wish us good skills ...
