Eating out can be a challenge. If your eating plan is not a lifestyle. Get used to having the urge to order “what appeals to our senses”. Fat, salt and sugar! Once the pallet changes the salads and healthy options are delicious.
Saladmaster Electric Skillet Quiche!
Tools: 12” eoc, Saladmaster machine, cutting board, Saladmaster pie tin.
Place the pie pan in the cold EOC. Put the egg mixture in the pie pan and cover. Bake on 400 for 40 minutes.

Mushroom Pattie’s with Sautéd onion and jalapeño No oil French fries with truffle ketchup and fresh pickled tomatoes
French fries: Cut and wash the starch off. Pat the potato dry.
Preheat the EOC to 400 degrees. Add 1 table spoon of avacado oil. Just enough to lightly coat the bottom of the skillet.
Add the fries and cook for 8 minutes per side with the skillet cover cracked.
Finish with butter and salt to taste. Oh so delicious and easy!

This is one of the most refreshing flavorful salads! For the candied pecans I made them in Saladmaster. Preheat a 10 inch gourmet skillet to medium. Use vegan butter, add the pecans, sprinkle with cinnamon and swerve or erythritol brown sugar.

Simple and delicious.
