Crescent Child Development Center, LLC (SC #25287) is looking for exceptional and dedicated First Step 4K Teacher who wants to make a difference in the lives of children and their families!
Our First Steps 4K Teacher is responsible for working with the Assistant Teacher in implementing the Creative Curriculum, working with the 4K First Steps Coach, generating weekly individualized lesson plans online in TSG, completing parent engagement activities, completing checkpoints for student across domains, providing age-appropriate instruction, and managing the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom.
The student-teacher ratio is 2 teachers to 17 students with a well-established teaching assistant already in place. Training is provided throughout the year by the First Steps 4K Program and is paid for by the Center with supplemental pay provided by the First Steps 4K Program.
We offer a competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience/education, 40 hours of accrued PTO for sick/personal days, a 2 week paid winter holiday, and a 1-week paid summer vacation, plus other paid holidays throughout the year for employees in good standing.

Requirements:
1. Have a degree in early childhood education
OR
2. Have degree in a related field and have taken early childhood credit hours or be enrolled in coursework for early childhood education
OR
3. Have a two-year degree in early childhood education and be enrolled and demonstrating progress toward the completion of a teacher education program.
Other Requirements:
1. Eligible to work in the United States
2. Be 18 years of age.
3. Provide a clear TB Test and health screening questionnaires.
4. Must clear state and federal background checks and pass a health screening.
5. Have an issued form of identification
