Have you already registered your business with your state’s Secretary of State? Have you applied for an EIN and DUNs number?? Have you started creating a relationship with the bank you chose? Have you gotten your virtual address or storefront? If you have, I AM EXTREMELY PROUD OF YOU!!!! You are well on your way to getting your business funded! 🎉🎉

This next step requires some coins! This step has 3 parts.
1. Business phone number. In some cases, your virtual office plan may come with a local business phone number. If so, you can use that number until you can or want to get a 1-800 #. Kall8 is a company that offers inexpensive 1-800 .
2. Business Website. This is an important step! Do NOT skip this step! This is going to help build your online presence and show that you are serious about your business.
3. Business Email. Again, this is an important step! Do NOT skip this step! A gmail, yahoo or outlook email address does not work!

This next step requires a little bit of research and funds. If you do NOT have a business address for your business, it’s time to get one! A virtual address is very inexpensive option and they have so many benefits! Regus and Opus are two of the virtual address options that I recommend. Do your research, find out which company works best for you and EXECUTE! 🚀

If you already have a storefront or retail space, you just need to make sure that your business address is the same with your bank, the IRS, Dun & Bradstreet and the Secretary of State.

Have you already registered your business with your state’s Secretary of State? Have you applied for an EIN and DUNs number?? If you have, CONGRATULATIONS!!!! You are well on your way to getting your business funded! This next step requires a little research! Find a bank that you would like to build a relationship with and apply for at least 4 accounts. 1-personal checking account, 1-personal savings, 1-business checking and 1-business savings. You can start these accounts in most cases with as little as $25 each! While opening these accounts online may be easy, if you are able to go inside a branch, that’s even better!
