Start kids improvising early!!! Grayson and his brother Sawyer are sounding better jammin' than some folks at jam nights I've been to 😬. Here is a taste of Grayson playing!

So a few months ago, my business website got hacked and my url got scooped by some nefarious scammer. I haven't had time to open that can of worms but in the meantime I wanted to give social media a try as my main source of advertising.
I've intentionally had a bit of a dip in students while I was in school, but as I get closer to summer I am looking to start building my teaching studio back up.

To give the elevator pitch, I have been teaching students guitar as my main source of income for 6 years now. I will soon have a graduate degree specifically in guitar performance, and I have had students who have played professionally and go on to music programs throughout Ohio.

In addition, I've had the inkling to start posting some videos of things I've noticed a lot of beginner and intermediate guitarists struggle with.

If you or some one you know is interested in lessons hmu!

Another successful Eurydice Studios recital!

This is "Steve and Calista's Etude No. 1 (Funky No 4)"

Funky No. 4 is the file name on Drum Genius

Written today during lessons to help Calista practice her transitions in and out of the F chord. A good reminder if something is hard, write a song with it! Then your practicing of a new technique will be way more fun!!

Obviously though my goal as a teacher is to just make my student laugh.

The Wade Twins knocking out their duet. It's a lot of fun for them to have a partner to help learn!!! Sounding great right at the top of lessons too!
