What a great first week in the Academy!

We introduced all the important procedures about attendance and responsibilities, plus all the units we will be covering and we did lots cooking! Then we celebrated with at our favorite Ro's Custard Creations in North Canton 🍦✨

The ladies have completed their first week on the job, and they love the residents, as well as their new job tasks.

The Academy made another awesome with local Park Street Pizza 🍕

The ladies learned all about working at the shop; they saw how dough is made, observed and helped with the prep work, and learned about their ordering system.

The best part, they made their own pizzas! I can’t think of a better collab and , can you? What are you having for dinner ?

Rounding out another exciting week in the Academy studying Greenhouse work.

pegasus.farm graciously opened up their Country Store to show us on a larger scale what we have been learning in the classroom!

Thanks to Rudy, we learned more about Germination, to transplanting and growing plants from seeds. It was a great outing!!
