KAST Survival School was formed by two lifelong friends.
One, a Green Beret and another a Paramedic have written a knowledge acquired survival training (KAST) course for the adventure minded.

KAST is now in step 2 of the IPHONE/ITOUCH KAST APP....and heavy loaded in the research department. Hope all is having a safe day, remember to be prepared in a survival situation!

Survival tip: When finding shelter to sleep in, keep in mind that the ground can rob you of 70% of your body heat. Find insulation to create a barrier.
