Proprietary House, along with the New Brunswick Chamber Orchestra, is very pleased to announce "The Revolutionary War in New Jersey," a narrated musical program celebrating our nation's Semiquincentennial. This special program will be performed at 7 PM on Saturday, September 19th at historic St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Perth Amboy. Admission is free, but advance registration is strongly recommended. To be performed by the New Brunswick Chamber Orchestra's String Quartet, under the direction of Dr. Julia Bauanis, "The Revolutionary War in New Jersey" is supported, in part, by a Middlesex County Arts and History Grant. Current, future, and past leaders of our research lodge gathered today at Freemasons Hall for a marathon—seriously, five+ hours—meeting to discuss the upcoming communications, the ensuing two-year term, and beyond. Everything was on the table, from existential stuff to practical means of achieving our mission.

Our lodge is in … hands!

All kidding aside, our Worshipful Master guided conversation from the transactions, trestleboards, and web presence to developing talent, raising awareness of LORE statewide, and brainstorming for special events.

It’s not easy stewarding a research lodge. Don’t be deceived by the infrequency of the meetings or the gracefulness of the officers who get everything done.
