Parents of our incoming Pre-K and Kindergarten students, check out this sweet event! 🍭 The Lapeer County Health Department is hosting "Adventures in Candyland" at Rowden Park in Lapeer on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Families with children ages 0-5 (and older siblings!) are invited to enjoy free ice cream, games, crafts, and face painting. It's a great opportunity to take care of important health, hearing, vision, and dental screenings—and Pre-K/Kindergarteners can even earn up to $50 deposited into their LEAF accounts (in January of 2027) for completing them! Bring the whole family, grab some food from the food trucks, and fill out your Candy Land card to earn prizes and treats.
