There have been a few moments lately where I've set the space for Deep Rest, lit the candles, prepared every detail... and no one came. I'll be honest, that can stir up the little voice that wonders if it's time to stop.

But when I sit with it, I don't believe the need for rest has disappeared. I think summer has simply shifted our rhythms. Calendars are full, weekends are spent at the lake, vacations are calling, and life looks different this time of year.

So instead of letting that be the end of the story, I'm choosing to listen. For August, I'm feeling called to try something new.

I'm planning to offer Deep Rest as a virtual gathering on Saturday, August 8th (8/8), honoring the energy of the Lion's Gate Portal. A chance to pause wherever you are, settle into your own sacred space and receive the deep rest your body has been asking for.

Sometimes the path forward isn't pushing harder. It's softening and allowing something new to emerge.
