בית ספר מונטסורי אלף־בית מחפש מורה לעברית לשנת הלימודים הקרובה, להצטרפות לקהילה חמה וצומחת
אנחנו מחפשים מישהו/’ שאוהב/ת לעבוד עם ילדים ויודע/ת להפוך את השפה העברית והתרבות היהודית לחוויה שמחה, טבעית ומעניינת. חשוב לנו למצוא בעל/אשת חינוך חמ/ה, יצירתי/ת, נעימ/ה לשיתוף פעולה, וכזו שנהנית לעבוד בסביבה מונטסורית.
התפקיד כולל הוראת עברית, שירים, סיפורים, חגים, תפילה,הווי ןתרבות יהודית לילדים בגילאי גן וגן חובה. אנחנו מחפשים מורה שתעזור לילדים לפתח חיבור חיובי ומשמעותי לעברית דרך שיחה, מוזיקה, תנועה, משחק ופעילויות חווייתיות.
תחומי אחריות:
הוראת עברית לקבוצות גיל שונות
הכנת פעילויות ושיעורים מותאמי גיל
עבודה בשיתוף פעולה עם צוות הכיתות
השתתפות בפעילויות ואירועי חג בבית הספר
יצירת סביבת למידה נעימה, רגועה ומכבדת
דרישות:
עברית ברמה גבוהה
ניסיון בעבודה עם ילדים
יחסי אנוש טובים ויכולת עבודה בצוות
היכרות עם גישת המונטסורי – יתרון
ניסיון במסגרת חינוך יהודית – יתרון

It’s hard not to be amazed watching a 5-year-old confidently work on fraction addition. ✨

Children are capable of so much more than we often imagine when they are given the time, guidance, and environment to truly understand what they are learning.

Moments like these remind us how powerful early childhood education can be- not by pushing children forward, but by nurturing their natural curiosity and love for discovery.

We are so proud of the focus, confidence, and determination shown in this work.

Our Lag Ba’Omer celebration was such a beautiful reminder of the joy of being together as a community ✨🔥

The children enjoyed making s’mores and potatoes over the fire, playing games, creating art, dancing to music, and turning into butterflies, tigers, and unicorns through face painting. Families gathered together on the grass for a picnic dinner with falafel, laughter, and meaningful time together.

There was something so special about watching the children play freely while families connected, relaxed, and enjoyed the evening side by side. These are the moments that create lasting childhood memories and strengthen the beautiful bonds within our community. 💛

Thank you to all of our wonderful families who joined us and helped make this celebration so warm, joyful, and full of heart.

Today in our classrooms, sweet potatoes didn’t just appear at lunch—they were prepared by the children themselves 🥔✨

They practiced real-life skills as they peeled, cut, and carefully worked with the ingredients. Along the way, they strengthened coordination, focus, independence, and even learned about sequencing: first we prepare, then we cook, and finally we share.

There was so much pride in seeing their work become part of the meal—and even more joy in sitting together to enjoy it. 💛

Simple work. Real purpose. Meaningful learning.

Tonight, families all around the world will gather for Leil HaSeder — a night of storytelling, questions, symbols, and connection.

At its heart, the Seder is about passing on a story: from generation to generation, from curiosity to understanding, from “Why is this night different?” to discovering meaning together.

As we sit at our tables tonight, we’re reminded of the beauty of learning through questions, of traditions that grow stronger when shared, and of children who are not just listening — but truly participating in the story.

May this night bring warmth, togetherness, and moments of reflection, joy, and hope for all.
