Hey Coos County, I need to clear up a mistake from yesterday’s post.

When I said I was closing, I meant I was closing EARLY YESTERDAY, not closing down for good. I apologize for the confusion.

The reason I closed early was because I wasn’t happy with the quality of the bread I had. If it isn’t right for my customers, I won’t serve it.

The good news? Today, 20 boxes of fresh steak and fresh Amoroso rolls arrived! 🔥🥖

Papa Philly & Bubba Dogs is NOT going anywhere. We’re getting stocked back up, getting ready, and we’ll be back open this weekend slinging the cheesesteaks you’ve been enjoying for years.

Thank you for all the messages, support, and concern. It means a lot to know so many people care about this little food cart.

Again, I’m sorry for the confusion. We are not closing down. We are loading up on fresh product and getting ready to serve you again very soon.
