Today, the faculty and staff of North Augusta Elementary gathered together to celebrate the end of another successful and memorable school year! ๐๐โจ
During our End-of-the-Year Luncheon, we reflected on the many accomplishments, special memories, and meaningful moments that made the 2025โ2026 school year so special. It was also a time to honor and express our heartfelt appreciation to several beloved staff members as they begin new chapters in life and their careers.

We would also like to thank our administrative team and the NAUE Sunshine Club for providing a wonderful luncheon featuring a delicious Mexican meal from Monterrey Mexican Restaurant and a beautiful cake from Publix here in North Augusta. ๐ฎ๐
To wrap up the celebration, our incredible NAUE PTO once again spoiled our faculty and staff with exciting prize drawings and thoughtful generosity. We simply cannot express enough gratitude to our PTO for the countless ways they have supported our school throughout the year. This dedicated group of parents and volunteers continuously goes above and beyond to help make NAUES such a special place for students and staff alike. ๐๐

Message from Principal Badillo.
I'm feeling incredibly grateful as I wrap up my 2nd year as Principal at North Augusta Elementary School. This journey has been filled with growth, learning, and meaningful moments that I will always carry with me.
I am so thankful for our amazing students, dedicated staff, supportive families, and the entire school community. Together, we have grown, adapted, and continued striving for excellence in all that we do.

Graduation week is here, and we canโt wait to celebrate the Class of 2026 at their commencement ceremonies being held at USC Aiken's Convocation Center!
To help graduation attendees enjoy a smooth, stress-free day, please remember that there will be metal detection upon arrival. We kindly ask that you review the attached graphic for prohibited items, such as bags, balloons, and outside food, so you can leave those items safely in your vehicle before heading to the entrance.
Additionally, because the lobby can become crowded after the ceremony, please plan to meet your graduate outside the venue once the event concludes.
Thank you so much for your help in keeping this milestone safe, smooth, and unforgettable for everyone!

๐โ๏ธ Dolphin Reading Passport โ Summer Reading Adventure 2026 โ๏ธ๐
Summer is almost here, and North Augusta Elementary is excited to help our Dolphins continue growing as readers all summer long! ๐ฌโจ Research shows that reading during the summer helps students strengthen vocabulary, comprehension, confidence, and important reading skills. Even just 20 minutes of reading a day can make a BIG difference! ๐
Our Dolphin Reading Passport Challenge runs from June 1 โ July 31, 2026 and is designed to make reading FUN, flexible, and easy for families! Students can complete exciting reading activities like:

๐ฆ Reading with a flashlight
๐ Visiting the library
๐ง Listening to an audiobook
๐ง๏ธ Reading on a rainy day
๐ป Reading to a stuffed animal

What an incredible year it has been at North Augusta Elementary! ๐๐โจ We are so proud of the tremendous growth our students have made this year โ not only academically, but also emotionally and socially. Throughout the year, our Dolphins have continued growing into confident leaders, kind friends, problem-solvers, and positive role models both inside and outside the classroom. ๐
Through hard work, perseverance, teamwork, and leadership opportunities, our students have learned the importance of responsibility, kindness, respect, and believing in themselves. We are so proud of all they have accomplished and cannot wait to see the amazing things they will continue to achieve in the future! ๐ฌ๐
