Come to track & field practice!

During the winter break, we wanted to have a couple drop-in sessions focused on improving starts.

So we are going to run two ‘Starting Block’ sessions for track & field sprinters.

Your start sets up your entire race and it takes repetition to perfect.

If you’re interested in working on your start (starting blocks and acceleration), to work on your positioning, form, and drive, and get tips for a better start, come join us!

It will be an hour session on Tuesday December 30th and Friday January 2nd at 11am.

There is only room for 9 sprinters in each session.

It’s a drop-in, but it’s first come first serve. You can come to one session or both.
(we may run more of these sessions throughout the winter season)
