Interim Commissioner José Luis Santos joined the MCLA community to celebrate the inauguration of President Diana L. Rogers-Adkinson. 🎓

In his remarks, Interim Commissioner Santos reflected on the shared experiences he and President Rogers-Adkinson have as first-generation college graduates and the power of public higher education to open doors for students at every stage of life.

He also spoke on the value of liberal arts and reaffirmed the Department of Higher Education's commitment to advance college affordability, access, student success and economic mobility across Massachusetts.
