What a fun-filled day! Our friends at MC-Norristown Public Library came out to read with us, and each class got to make a fun craft to go with the story they read!

We also practiced our Bible verse (Psalm 32:8) and did a Germ Lab in preparation for our guest presenter tomorrow! Any guesses who it will be?? 👀👩🏻‍⚕️

We had our first field trip today! Thank you Norristown Fire Dept for letting us visit! We had so much fun touring the fire station and learning about what to do in an emergency. We’re in good hands with these guys! 🚒🧯👨🏻‍🚒

We had a long walk to get to the fire station, but the kids did great! Our next field trip will be much closer. Any guesses where we’re going?? 👀📚🤫

Double-posting because we had double the fun on our second day of TVN’s summer program today! Denise Thomas planned and led a super fun art activity with our kiddos 🎨

Our friends at Snapology of King of Prussia came out today, and we had a lot of fun trying to make the tallest tower! The winner was 33 inches tall! If you look closely, I think maybe some of our volunteers had almost as much fun as the kids 🤭🤗

Come take a peek 👀 at our first day of TVN’s Summer Program! We’re off to a great start and can’t wait to see what God has in store for us this summer! Grateful to have these rooms filled with smiles and laughter again 🥰

And that’s a wrap! God’s hand was evident throughout the 25-26 school year, and we’re so excited to see what He has in store for us this summer!

TVN wouldn’t be able to do what we do without the help of our volunteers! Only a few are pictured here, but a huge THANK YOU goes out to all who have given of their time to invest in the future of Norristown. We got to specifically recognize Walter, who has been volunteering with us since he was in eighth grade! Walter is graduating and going off to college, but the impact that he has made will last for years to come.

Our teen program gives middle and high school students a place to plug in and connect with other students and volunteers who care about them and teach them about Christ. So proud of this young lady and the wonderful person God has created her to be 🎓
