Throwback Thursday!
Before heading off to summer break, our 6th graders took a trip to "πΈππππ πΊππππππ" to present their incredible Greek God and Goddess projects. From Zeus to Athena, they brought history to life and did an absolutely fantastic job presenting to each other.

Today we celebrate our final member of the Class of 2026. We are happy to join our CYO in this special way to honor our class. Today's 8th Grade Spotlight is on Giuliana M. Congratulations Giuliana!
Giuliana has attended Visitation BVM since Kindergarten. During this time, sheβs made many friends, some of whom have become family! We are so very proud of everything G has accomplished during these past 9 years. Since 4th Grade, Giuliana has maintained Honors status while participating in a myriad of school activities and athletics. Giuliana began her CYO experience with P*e-Wee Soccer and Basketball, then JV Cheerleading and Basketball for a year. It was in 5th grade when G truly found her passion- volleyball. She was fortunate enough to be a part of CYO JV and Varsity Teams and was selected in 7th and 8th grade to participate in the
Archdiocese All-Star Games. G also received the Coachβs Award for Volleyball from Coach Iannacone. One of her proudest moments was when the Varsity team made it to the Championship Game this past fall. Giuli was also the recipient of The Office of Catholic
Educationβs Discover Catholic Schools Week Essay Contest for Junior High Students. She earned the Honorable Mention Award out of all Archdiocesan Schools. Some other activities
Giuliana joined over the years were the Band Program, Girl Scouts, Catholic War Veterans Spelling Bee, Yearbook Committee, Choir, Science Explorers, Performing Arts Club, Youth Ministry, Live Nativity for Christmas Eve Mass as Mary, and has been given numerous Kindness Awards. Giuliana was also selected to be a part of the 2026 Visitation May Court. When not at school, Giuliana enjoys spending time with friends, traveling with family, and being with her dog, Rocky. Finally, Giuliana is very excited to wrap-up her time at Visitation BVM and begin a new chapter at Pope John Paul II High School . Congratulations to the Visitation Class of 2026!
