Mimi & Monks is participating in the Battle of the Businesses Competition so any support would be amazing! If we are 1st - 3rd Place we will receive 50% back for funds raised which would be huge to fund resources for the daycare and our daycare babies!

Okay guys it’s our favorite time of year at Love Like Bailin Therapy Farm
it’s getting close to our 4th annual Chuck Wagon cook off on March 14th We have so much fun and you definitely want to be thereMimi & Monks Licensed Child Care Facility participates in the “Battle of the businesses “ . Last year we won 1st and the year before we won 2nd. I really hope to win it again this year. We raise money for not only the foundation but we get 50% back for our facility. My family also helps run the goat roping that will be on Friday March 13th . So here is our first fundraiser to try to reach our goal. Let me know if you are interested in being a goat roping sponsor and help us win the battle of the businesses this year!!!

Today is a bittersweet day for me…. Licensing came in and approved our new facility, increased our capacity and allowed us to offer an after school program but I also shut the door for the last time this afternoon at the place that Mimi & Monks Licensed Child Care Facility has called home for 10 years!!! Although I am excited about the new opportunities this brings I am also reminded of the fact that my great grandmother (my nan) blessed me with a place to build memories and care for so many special babies in! Now when we leave my nan is continuing to show us her love and that house will now allow my oldest son to “come home”! The last month we have spent so many days and nights renovating and preparing our new location for licensing but tomorrow we will be the true beginning of our new journey and setting up our new location! We will open our new facility next Tuesday October 14th…. For those of you who may not know our back story… on October 14th 2015 I kept my first kiddo Weston in our home… fast forward to August 2019 we faced the ultimate challenge and were no longer allowed to operate… I set a goal to open October 14th 2019 as a licensed facility which was almost impossible in such a short time but with a lot of work, and lots of prayers it happened!!! Now 6 years later I set a goal to open our new facility October 14 2025… 10 years from our start… with lots of work,sweat, tears and prayer…….GOD SHOWED UP AND ITS HAPPENING AGAIN!!!!
Thank you to everyone who has been there for us, believed in us, prayed for us and shared your babies with us!!! I am so excited about the opportunities that our new facility will provide for us!!!!

Mimi & Monks Licensed Child Care Facility planned open date at our new location is 2 months away and we have lots to do!!

Come see us at our bake sale Tomorrow 8/16 at Normangee State Bank (in normangee) and grab yourself a cup of ice cold lemonade served by our Mimi & Monks Kiddos!!

I have always wanted to have shirts and hats made and I finally did it. We will have a limited quantity available at the bake sale this weekend but your best option is to Pre- Order. The information is in the flyer below.

For those who have asked if they can make a financial contribution. You absolutely can and we appreciate any donations no matter how big or small. Once again all payments options are on the flyers below!!

Change is scary but exciting at the same time!! Once again thank you for all of the support and kind words!!! I am so excited about what the future holds for us!!
