Empowering Self-Defense, powered by Seattle Taekwondo Academy, is pleased to present another Women's Self-Defense Course in Normandy Park, from 6p-8p on Monday March 30th. This hands-on course will focus on awareness & avoidance strategies, escape techniques, basic blocks, kicks, and strikes.
