We want to take a moment to recognize two outstanding members of our team, Mrs. Velasco and Ms. Lopez. These two consistently show up for their coworkers, families, and students, giving their very best every single day. Their kindness, presence, and patience set a remarkable example at our school.
Because of their exceptional performance, they have both been promoted to Campus Lead, stepping into a leadership role among their coworkers. They have already excelled in this position, and we are deeply grateful for their dedication. Help us in celebrating these incredible teachers.

We will be hosting a Community Resources Presentation for our families on Monday, August 24th. We are currently looking for at least one additional presenter to join us. Presenters may represent public or private services, including counseling, speech therapy, reading specialists, occupational therapy, and other supportive community programs.

We are so happy that Mrs. Sadie will be joining us this school year as a Pre-K teacher. This is Mrs. Sadie's 3rd year with us, but her first year full time and we couldn't be happier! Everyone who has been in Mrs. Sadie's preschool class knows what an excellent teacher she is. Help us in welcoming her in this new role!

Ms. Lopez is a shining light at NFCA ☀ This is her 5th year with us and we are so incredibly grateful for her. She will be transitioning to our Kindergarten classroom next year, and we can't wait to see all the incredible things she does. Help us celebrate Ms. Lopez!

Calling all educators! We’re hiring for the 26/27 school year and are looking for both Early Childhood and Elementary teachers to join our nature‑based learning community. Whether you’re a recent graduate searching for a school that aligns with your developmental philosophy, a parent returning to the workforce, or an experienced nature‑based educator looking for the right fit, we would love to meet you. The position begins in August, with required observation hours completed before final hiring decisions. Our small class sizes, 8 students in preschool and 12 in elementary, allow us to provide individualized, hands‑on learning. We spend a minimum of two hours outdoors each day, rain or shine, and we’re proud to cultivate a diverse, supportive community of learners.
