At North we have a fun staff award called the GOAT (Greatest of all T-Wolves) which is a giant crocheted goat that is given to someone who is going above and beyond. That week’s GOAT passes it on to another GOAT. Ms. McAmis was this last week’s GOAT and she passed the GOAT to Ms. Smith! What a sweet and fun surprise! Students analyzed some of his poetry as a whole class and in small groups. Excellent job analyzing the rhetorical situation, connotation, and diction!
