Doodle: General Meeting Time Hey guys, we are trying to figure out time and day of the week would be the best time for everyone to meet for a general meeting. If you can take a minute to fill this poll out it would be great!

Here is the information for Undergraduate Research day that we talked about during our meeting last night. I highly suggest you all attend, even if you do not have a research project to present. It would be a great resource for those of you that are about to start your capstone projects in the Fall!

What: Introduction to Parallel Computing

Speaker: Dr. S. Lakshmivarahan (Dr. Varahan)

Abstract: We will review the role of technology and architecture
in the development of large parallel processors (super computers).
We will also introduce various notions of performance measures
for parallel algorithms and provide examples of parallel algorithms.
