SPWLA - University of Oklahoma Student Chapter
The purpose of the organization is to help the students at the University of Oklahoma learn about the areas of petrophysics and well log analysis.
The students will be exposed to the new techniques and ideas in the field of petrophysics and well log analysis through presentations and workshops from professionals in the industry, professors, and graduate students involved in industry leading research.

Nick Drenzeck of GE visited our OU SPWLA chapter and talked about the principles of oilfield chemistry and how it plays a role in the exploration of hydrocarbons. Nick will be back during the fall semester for Part II which we are very excited for.
