Did you know that high school students learn how to inspect and perform maintenance, preventative maintenance, and alteration of aircraft and aircraft systems in the Aviation Maintenance Technology program at MNTC? Students graduate with the skills and experience required to pass the General written exam administered by the FAA. It's a great start to building a career in the aviation industry. 🛫
To complete the entire A&P program with certification, high school graduates will need to enroll as an adult full-time for 13 months to complete the Airframe and Powerplant sections and will gain the skills and experience required to pass the Airframe Mechanic and the Powerplant Mechanic exams administered by the FAA.
MNTC's Aviation Maintenance Technology program is certified under Part 147 of the Federal Aviation Regulations and offers FAA-approved and supervised curriculum. ✈️
