📢 Now Hiring: Postdoctoral Research Associates in Computational NeuroImaging & NeuroEngineering

The Computational NeuroImaging and NeuroEngineering Lab (CNNLab) in the Stephenson School of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Oklahoma (Norman campus) is seeking Postdoctoral Research Associates to join a highly collaborative and interdisciplinary research environment.

🔬 Research areas include
Functional neuroimaging (EEG / MEG / fMRI / fNIRS)
Forward & inverse modeling and brain mapping
Biomedical signal and image processing
Machine learning & deep learning applications
Neuropsychiatric disorder biomarkers

🤝 Collaborations span the OU Health Campus and partner institutions including Rice University, Columbia University, and the Medical University of South Carolina.

🎓 Qualifications
PhD (or equivalent) in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
Relevant experience in neuroimaging, modeling, and/or computational analysis

🔬 Leadership Announcement 🔬

We are proud to announce that Dr. Stefan Wilhelm, William H. Barkow Presidential Professor and Stephenson Chair of Biomedical Engineering, has been named Core Director of the Sam Roberts Noble Microscopy Laboratory (SRNML), effective July 1, 2025.

Dr. Wilhelm leads the Wilhelm Lab at the University of Oklahoma, where his research focuses on nanomedicine, drug delivery, and biomedical imaging. His leadership will be instrumental in advancing the SRNML’s mission to provide cutting-edge microscopy resources to researchers across disciplines.
