Members are given the opportunity to network with OU faculty, local businesses and sponsors. Those interested in joining will gain valuable experience with welding, milling, grinding, and other types of machining. As a smaller organization members can communicate efficiently and effectively, and be fully immersed in every aspect of the project. As a young Engineer, this is an excellent opportunity to gain real world experience. It is very fulfilling to see a manufactured product that was once only visualized on paper. Our goal is to empower OU Engineering students to use their classroom knowledge and apply it to a design process.
