What happens when class ends?

For our Computer Science students, that’s when things really begin.

Through clubs like AI/ML, SACM, Sooner Competitive Robotics, Programming Club, Hacklahoma, and more, students are building real projects, sharpening their skills, and finding their people.

These aren’t just extracurriculars—they’re where passion turns into purpose.

Your support helps make it all possible.

‼️ Research Spotlight: Why You've Got Mail

We're proud to highlight a recent study by our students and Dr. Anindya Maiti, published in the ACM Digital Library: "Who’s Filling Your Inbox? How Popular Apps Use and 'Abuse' Your Email Address."

Analyzing 150 popular apps over a year, the research reveals that users often receive promotional emails even after opting out - raising important questions about digital consent and privacy.

This work underscores OU’s commitment to impactful, real-world research.
