Calling all 10-year-olds ready to blast off into summer with Condors 1 at Sooner Flight Academy!

In this action-packed Space Science and Physics of Flight camp, campers will:
-Dive into astronaut training in the pool
-Explore NASA history and the exciting Artemis Mission to the Moon
-Discover the wonders of space science through hands-on STEM activities
-Soar through the skies with a thrilling orientation flight in an OU airplane alongside OU FAA Certified Flight Instructors

July 13–17, 2026
Daily Schedule: 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (non-residential)

Calling all future aviators! Sooner Flight Academy's Penguins Summer Camp is taking flight this June!

Give your 6-7 year olds an unforgettable week of adventure at Penguins Camp (June 1-5, 2026) at the University of Oklahoma's Sooner Flight Academy.

This exciting 5-day, non-residential camp for little explorers has the theme: "Birds that Fly"! Campers will compare and contrast birds with airplanes while diving into fun, hands-on STEM activities. They'll learn about the world around them through:
Building and launching rockets
Flying kites
Exploring OU’s fleet of training aircraft up close
Tons of engaging activities that make science, math, engineering, and technology exciting!
Camp runs 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Extended day options are available for busy families.
Cost: $525

(No flight for Penguins campers — that's for our older groups — but plenty of cockpit exploration!)
