Little Axe Reunion

Well folks, we bring to a close an attempt to have an informal get together at T-bird. We had fun. Thanks to the Millers for attending. It was great catching up. Be good people and may God bless.

Ok crew, here's my thoughts. The rain is supposed to clear off by Sat morning. I suspect clear skies by noon. As of now this shindig is a go, if you are planning on attending, there will be some of us out there all day and night so come any time. We look forward to seeing all who can make it, and look forward to talking about those that can't, lol. Seriously, hope to see a good as many as can make it.

Only 7 days left until the picnic. Hopefully we can get a great turn out. Little Axe area, 2pm, pavilion H. Don't forget there is a $5 charge for a day pass. I look forward to seeing everyone.

Well it is Uno de Mayo fellow classmates. 20 days until the shindig. Please contact all the people you know from our class and let them know about it, I think it will be be a blast to catch up with everyone and meet their families. Again don't hesitate if you have questions, need directions, or just plain want to drop a line. Bring your food, chairs, "beverages", and good humor.

Remember May, 20th, Little Axe area, pavillion H. Playground for little ones, a nice swimming area, and the most important friends and classmates of old. See ya'll there.

Ok friends, there has been a slight change in plans. Instead of the Post Oak Area, I have reserved a small pavillion at the Little Axe area right down the road. They have a playground for kids, newer facilities and a really nice swimming area. It will be a $5.00 entry fee, but for the upgrade in amenities it should be worth it. Please bring your families, chairs, beverages, food, and good spirits. Let's make this a great time. It is pavillion H and we have it all day. The official time is 2pm, but some of us are camping there and will be there all day. See ya'll there.

Ok here is what we have, Saturday May 20th, at 2pm. Post Oak Area at Thunderbird. Bring your own food, we will have a grill and shade. I don't think we need to rent the pavillion. Bring your chairs and your nostalgia. We will be there all day and night. We look forward to seeing everyone.

Hi folks, this will be my last plea for suggestions and ideas. I have 9 commits to show, but no discussion on food, the place to have it, or anything else. Leslie suggested we just call the time and place and everyone bring what they want. That would be fine, or if others prefer an actual cookout, we can do that too. I just need to know. There are 3 of us confirmed to camp for the weekend, so we will be there regardless, but the actual get together is up in the air. Let me know, at the end of the month I will probably call it if there is not any more interaction. Have a great day and I look forward to hearing from you.

Suggestions for when and where are welcome! Johnny Bright, Kevin Williams, Wesley Hunter and whomever else I'm leaving it up to you to make all the plans...I'm just "home base." 😄😄
