🎶 Welcome to Norman Public Schools Fine Arts! 🎶

We are excited to welcome a passionate music educator to our Fine Arts team! With experience teaching general music, band, jazz, special education, chamber ensembles, and private lessons, they bring a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to the classroom.

An active performer, conductor, and music educator, they have presented and performed at regional and national saxophone conferences while mentoring students who have excelled in competitions and pursued collegiate music studies. Their commitment to inspiring creativity, collaboration, and a lifelong love of music makes them a wonderful addition to Norman Public Schools.

Please join us in welcoming them to the NPS Fine Arts family! 🎼🎷

Welcome to the Fine Arts Team, Torrie Warren!
Norman Public Schools Fine Arts is excited to welcome Torrie Warren to our team as our new Elementary Visual Arts Integration Specialist!
Torrie joins the Fine Arts Department after more than a decade of serving Norman Public Schools students and families. Since 2013, she has inspired learners at Monroe Elementary, teaching first, second, third, and fifth grades while creating engaging, inclusive classrooms where every student can succeed.
A lifelong advocate for creative learning, Torrie also serves as an Oklahoma A+ Schools Teaching Artist Fellow with the University of Central Oklahoma, where she helps educators integrate the arts into classroom instruction and develops professional learning experiences tailored to schools' unique needs.
Torrie earned her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from California Baptist University and her master's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Phoenix. Her passion for education, collaboration, and the arts will be a tremendous asset as she begins this exciting new chapter with the Norman Public Schools Fine Arts Department.
Please join us in welcoming Torrie to the Fine Arts family! We are excited to see the positive impact she will have on our students, staff, and community as we continue expanding access to high-quality visual arts experiences for our elementary students.
Welcome to NPS Fine Arts, Torrie!
