What a wonderful start to the school year!

Our first three days have been filled with smiling faces, new friendships, hands-on learning, and lots of excitement. It's been incredible watching our students settle into their classrooms, build routines, and begin another year of growing together.

Don't forget that we start our regular dismissal times next week. We can't wait to see what the rest of this school year has in store!

Mrs. Angie, our school librarian, is our ONE Medal recipient to kick off the school year!

The medal is given to a teacher who exemplifies the power of ONE! Mrs. Angie most definitely does this! She captures kids' hearts and instills a love of reading, inspires others, teaches with excellence, and serves with her whole heart. She radiates joy to everyone she meets and makes a lasting impact on our students, staff, and school community each day.

We are so grateful for her dedication and are proud to celebrate this well-deserved recognition. Congratulations, Mrs. Angie!

We can't wait to welcome our students and families back to campus for Open House! This is a great opportunity to meet teachers, reconnect with friends, explore classrooms, and learn about the many exciting opportunities planned for the upcoming school year. ✨

As we begin another year together, we're ready to Capture opportunities, Inspire success, Teach with purpose, and Serve every student. We encourage all families to attend and help us kick off a fantastic school year!

📌 Please note: To help ensure a smooth start to the year, elementary schools will release at 2:00 p.m. and GEAR at 1:30 p.m. during the first three days of school for bus riders only. Willie J. Williams Middle School, C.A. Gray Junior High School, and Colquitt County High School will release at their normal times.
