Tomorrow, the “Celebrating Our Town” exhibit in the Illinois Art Station gallery opens for public viewing!

We can’t wait to share this collection of art with everyone and hope you can stop by from 4–6 p.m. for the opening.

Additional viewing hours will be 4–6 p.m. every second and fourth Wednesday and during Free Fourth Saturdays at Illinois Art Station, now through February.

Think “all ages” means this workshop is just for kids? Think again!

Potion Creations is designed for everyone from kids to adults, with art-making activities that can be adapted to different ages and skill levels. Whether you’re a seasoned creator or just here to experiment, you’ll have plenty of room to make it your own.

We’ll mix, experiment with wax seals, decorate and see what kind of potion magic we can make!

Heading to the not-so-scary Haunted Trail this year with Town of Normal Parks and Recreation Department?

We are, too! Save the date and make sure to stop by our tables after your adventure for some added art-making activities. Last year, we made screaming balloons and a collaborative monster. Whatever creatures or characters come to create with us, we know it will be spooktacular!

We’re so excited to announce our latest exhibit in the Illinois Art Station Gallery! 🎉

Featuring local artists and pieces from the Town of Normal’s collection, “Celebrating Our Town,” includes artwork that connects our story to diplomatic guests, local sites and history. This exhibit gives these pieces a chance to be seen and enjoyed in a new way.

The exhibition opens Wednesday, Oct. 14, with public viewing from 4-6 p.m.

Additional viewing opportunities will be available every other Wednesday from 4-6 p.m. and during Free Fourth Saturdays through February.
