Indy-pendence Service Dogs Indy-pendence Service Dogs is an organization at Illinois State University dedicated to the training of service dogs.

Indy-pendence Service Dogs is a Registered Student Organization at Illinois State University. Students from our program are chosen by Paws Giving Independence, a service dog training organization in Peoria, to foster and train dogs for service work. Congratulations to Honey on graduating and beginning her full time service work with her recipient! Honey was transition trained here at ISU, and we cannot thank all of her handlers and trainers enough for helping her reach this milestone.

Congratulations to Locke and Doc on moving on to their next phase of training! They are now currently working in the Logan Correctional Helping Paws Program!!🎉
