In recognition of Public Service Recognition Week, join ASPA – Central Virginia Chapter for a timely discussion with Pete Atkinson, doctoral student and Principal Space Advisor with the Department of the Army. He’ll explore how change agents navigate bureaucratic politics and institutional resistance to lead large-scale transformation within highly hierarchical organizations.

Army ROTC Monarch Battalion will honor their commander, Lt. Col. Brandon Shah, with military's highest honor, a 21-gun salute, at Old Dominion University's S.B. Ballard Stadium on Thursday, April 2.

The memorial will bring together the campus and broader community at 12:30 p.m. to honor and reflect upon the life and legacy of our beloved Monarch.
