We apologize for the radio silence! We've been getting a lot of interest for our next set of classes and are thrilled to announce that we've settled on some dates!
Based on external work schedules we have decided to move our classes to Tuesday nights at The Venue on 35th. With that being said, our next 6 week performer track curriculum will begin on April 2nd and run through May 7th!

Good news everyone! We have finally determined a date for our next set of classes! Beginning on Sunday, September 2nd we will host our Fall 2018 semester of our 8-week long performer track curriculum! Founded by the Norfolk based burlesque producers of Nocte Covina Burlesque, Salem Sirene and Isabel Astrum, The Academy of Tease was created to promote body positivity, inclusivity, and self love within the local Hampton Roads performing arts community.
The Academy of Tease provides students with a comprehensive education of the core concepts of classic and neo-burlesque. With an emphasis on classic bumps and grinds, showcasing, and musicality, our classes and workshops offer students a space to embrace their bodies through an embracing of sensuality, self awareness, and self love.
Classes for our next semester are set to begin at the end of the month. Please comment below or DM Salem Sirene or Isabel Astrum to be added to our email list to sign up!
