Students at Hurrah Players TV & Film Academy take to the camera Based on its early success, the academy is adding daytime courses and continues to expand partnerships with area colleges and secondary schools including Batten University, Norfolk Christian Schools and The Williams School.

Lights, camera... real-world experience! 🎬
Today our TV & Film Director, Michael Bibbo, was on set filming a quarterly commercial at Mr. Rogers Windows headquarters in Chesapeake.

Whenever possible, our TV & Film Academy students can join Michael on professional productions like this, giving them the chance to see how a commercial set operates, learn from working industry professionals, and gain hands-on experience that goes far beyond the classroom.

That’s what makes The Hurrah Players TV & Film Academy different—we’re preparing the next generation of storytellers by connecting them with real opportunities in the industry.
