The Virginia Consortium Program consists of three institutions of higher learning which combine resources to offer a PhD in Clinical Psychology.

Established in 1978, The Virginia Consortium Program in Clinical Psychology consists of three institutions of higher learning which combine resources to offer the doctor of philosophy degree in clinical psychology. The three schools are Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS), Norfolk State University (NSU), and Old Dominion University (ODU).
